Support Offerings

SAP BusinessObjects Certified Support
DFT customer support conforms to SAP BusinessObjects certification requirements for each supported product. “Supported Product” means SAP BusinessObjects software products purchased by DFT, an authorized SAP BusinessObjects reseller, for sale to its customers. All SAP BusinessObjects software products sold by DFT can be covered under DFT support.

Managed Support Services
DFT Managed Services and Support is available to contracted clients from 8 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. This agreement could include a list of product and server environments including: BI Analytics, SAP HANA and EIM applications. Please contact our sales team for additional information.

Cloud Premium Support
Through our Amazon cloud offering we provide Premium AWS Support for SAP BusinessObjects. This support program is available through our AWS offering and relates to our SAP BI solutions.
