Decision First Technologies believes in continuing education for all of our employees. Each of our consultants is encouraged to become certified in specific Business Intelligence tools via e-learning courses provided through SAP BusinessObjects, as well as attending classroom courses.
Employees are given the opportunity to grow professionally by attending annual user groups, various conferences, and professional development seminars. They are also encouraged to step outside their comfort zone and share their knowledge by speaking at industry events.

Competitive Pay Structure: Decision First offers one of the most competitive compensation plans in our industry. In addition to base salary, we believe in rewarding our employees for their performance with monthly bonuses.
Benefits Details: At Decision First, we think of our employees and their families as part of our family. In keeping with this philosophy, we cover 50% of the cost of health insurance for our employees and their families. In addition, we cover 100% of family dental and vision care. We provide our employees with life, disability and AD & D as well at no cost to the employee. All full time employees also receive further benefits within a 401K plan of 3 % of your salary matched by Decision First.
